Private 1:1 In-Home Yoga Classes: Private 1:1 yoga classes take shape of what YOU need and want. This is a great option for you if –
- you are new to yoga and want to get familiar with fundamental poses, instruction, alignment, breath cues, and props before taking a group class.
- You would like to deepen your practice in a very specific way.
- You are recovering from an injury and would like to create strength, stability, and mobility in a way that is best for YOUR body.
- You have old injuries and/or chronic pain and prefer a natural alternative to relief pain.
- You think yoga studios are uncomfortable and want special attention to your practice.
- You simply enjoy the luxury of having an instructor come to you and being able to practice in the comfort of your own home.
Semi-Private In-Home Yoga Classes: These classes are the same as private classes but with 2-4 people in total. This is a great way for couples, family, and/or friends to spend quality time together while taking care of themselves.
Private 1:1 Online Yoga Session: This is a great option if you are new to yoga or it’s been a while and you want to jump back in. In this setting you will get familiar with fundamental poses, instruction, alignment, breath cues, props, ask any questions, and receive feedback. This is also a great option if you just want/need someone to practice along side you and/or help keep you accountable.
