ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
First time clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This allows time to fill out all appropriate forms, and go over your goals and concerns for the session.
Established clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time so we can begin on time. If late arrival is inevitable your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule, and be considerate of the massage following your appointment. If we are starting late to no fault of mine, you will be charged for the complete timeframe of your scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage/bodywork session so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for time loss, or adjust the service charge accordingly.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Clients who do not show without cancelling or calling are still responsible for their scheduled appointment. A refund will not be issued for a no-call, no-show.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your massage + bodywork records are kept in the strictest confidence by Studio Slōō LLC. All client records are kept in a secure place, and only your therapist will have access to your file for legitimate business and professional purposes. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
CONDUCT:
Inappropriate behavior WILL NOT be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching in an inappropriate way, will result in immediate termination of your massage session, and you will not be allowed to return for future services. You WILL NOT be refunded for your session if it is stopped for such behavior.
LOTIONS AND CREAMS:
Lotions and perfumes are not recommended prior to massage therapy as they can interfere with the oils, lotions, creams or essential oils used for the massage or bodywork session. If you have an allergy to any lotion, cream, oil, etc., or if you require a special product, please let the therapist know before your session. You are welcome to bring your own preferred lotion, cream or oil with you.
TREATING MINORS:
Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the health history form for the minor, along with consent for the massage/bodywork session. For clients age 15 and under, the parent/guardian must alway be present in the treatment room.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives enough time for that timeframe to be filled. Please pay attention to voicemails, emails or texts from Studio Sloo, LLC. Reminder calls/email/text go out two days prior to your scheduled appointment. You are welcome to make any changes at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: To book online, all services must be paid in full prior to your appointment. Before you submit your payment a popup of the cancellation policy will appear, which you must agree to before you can submit your payment. Once you submit your payment you will receive a conformation email and text regarding your appointment.
If you miss your appointment or need to reschedule your appointment with LESS than 24-hours notice, your payment will NOT be refunded back to you. However, you can make arrangements with your therapist directly to reschedule within 30 days of your missed appointment at no additional charge. You can also gift your massage/bodywork session to a family member or friend if you are unable to make another appointment within the 30 day timeframe. After 30 days you will need to rebook a new appointment online.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment that has MORE than a 24-hours notice you may do so via email within the conformation email you received, or call the studio directly at 702-703-6584. If a refund is desired when canceling it will happily be refunded back to you within 24 hours, but it may take 2-3 business days to show back into your bank account. You will also receive email conformation regarding your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you scheduled your appointment directly with your provider (not through online booking) and need to cancel with LESS than 24-hours notice, a cancellation fee of $50 is required. All future appointments will be placed on hold until the cancellation fee is paid.
